Description: There are moments in our lives where our behavior makes us step back and think where did that come from? Beginning at childhood we figure out pretty quick that we have to act a certain way if we want to get what we want. As we get older that behavior modification continues but it doesn’t change who we really are on the inside. If we don’t deal with the ugly things living inside of us like guilt, greed, jealousy and anger, it will eventually ruin the relationships that matter most in our lives. Cardiac is a five week series that will help us recognize and deal with those ugly issues so we can care for and guard our source of life, our heart.
