We believe that the Church is a sign, symbol and instrument of the kingdom of God, for the glory of God and good of all humanity in the world. This universal Church is also comprised of local congregations of God’s people committed to be witnesses of God, make disciples, and plant churches within their specific community. Each local church, therefore, is a local people on a local mission, united by faith to proclaim, display, and preserve the gospel of the one and only crucified and risen King Jesus in their community.
