Throughout the book of Jeremiah, we see God’s judgment against the sin and infidelity of his people. But we also see God’s determination to save and restore them. God’s words through the prophet in Jeremiah 32:38 (“They shall be my people, and I will be their God”) show us that God’s ultimate purpose is to redeem his fallen creation.
